October 2024 Ministering Message

October 2024

October is here and the message is ready. Elder Jeffery R. Holland said "prayers are "motion(s) of a hidden fire" always to be offered." He also said "our prayers are our sweetest hour, our most “sincere desire,” our simplest, purest form of worship." Make prayer your most sacred time of worship. Let the fire burn within you as you pray.

This month's message includes a small box of hot tamales, a lighter, 2 fire starters, a recipe all tied up in a pillow box with ribbon and a tag.

May 2024 Ministering Message Gift

 May 2024 Ministering Message Gift

May ministering message is ready. General conference was wonderful and with all new talks we chose Pres. Russell M.  Nelson's talk. He said Nothing will help you more to hold fast to the iron rod than worshipping in the temple as regularly as your circumstances permit. Nothing will protect you more as you encounter the world’s mists of darkness. Nothing will bolster your testimony of the Lord Jesus Christ and His Atonement or help you understand God’s magnificent plan more. Nothing will soothe your spirit more during times of pain. Nothing will open the heavens more. Nothing! We encourage you to attend the temple more to have these promises help you and rejoice we have the priesthood keys on the earth again.

This month's message includes a temple keychain with tassel (tassel colors vary), recipe and hi-chews all tied up in a bag with a tag and ribbon.

April 2024

April 2024 ministering message is ready. We chose from the Liahona magazine the article,

Are You Allowing Jesus Christ to “Wash Your Feet”By Rylee Johnson-Jacobson. This really made us think,  are we allowing our Savior to serve us and are we passing that on to others? We encourage you to go and serve as our Savior did.  He washed the disciples feet while others cast stones. You can't do both of throwing stones while washing feet.

This month's message includes a kitchen towel with a saying, 2 pumice stones, 4 hand soap sheets, a recipe all tied up with a tag and ribbon.
